Dear chrm'ites,
I have had terrible experiences with hiring people. I currently have an employee who stated he had experience writing work procedures and experience in assembly.
He has be onboard for 4 weeks and has displayed no basic skills or abilities to do either. Obviously, he lied in the interview to get the job.
I have fired people in the past with documented misconduct and they are still given $1000s in UI benefits. We are a startup company and are not yet making a profit.
Question: How do I terminate him without paying any UI benefits?
Thanks Benny |
