Is there team based Pay concept prevalent in Process based industries..(Chemical / Pharma /Mfg) specifically seeking info for Production and Maintenance related functions.
We are looking at introducing variable pay at plant level.

When you say TEAM-BASED pay, do you mean Team based performance Appraisal – resulting in rewards/variable component of the salary?
