 Dear All,

Let me take this opportunity to impress upon you the benefits of using  Handwriting analysis in Recruitment and Staffing Process. Handwriting  Analysis  just empowers you to place the right person in the right place!  It is probably not a questing of IF Handwriting Analysis can help you, but  more  importantly HOW can it be utilized in a cost effective, confidential, and  simple manner? I hope this mail will answer some of those questions while  getting you excited about the added insight and more effective decisions  you  will be able to make. Handwriting Analysis can provide to you a higher  level  of "in-depth" information on each candidate or employee that you could  ever  imagine!

The depth of understanding what we can provide based entirely from  handwriting  can provide incalculable assistance in most of your personnel decisions.

Whenever the question of character, integrity or personality plays into the  puzzle of doing business, handwriting analysis can be of service.  Handwriting  Analysis is not a replacement for background checks, experience, or the  interview. It is a supportive tool that gives very accurate clues to the  character, which can be so easily disguised in an interview and a resume.  Since you are in the recruiting, same tool can be incorporated to assist  your  HR managers in choosing the best employees for their needs. This tool has  been  prominently accepted in America and in some of the European countries.

The need for an effective and affordable psychological profiling technique  is  obvious. With the costs of each employee hire and termination at record  levels, making the right decision up front is imperative. Handwriting  Analysis  is one of the major tools that give evidence to the employee's future  performance. It is not a replacement for background checks, experience, or  the  interview. It is a support mechanism that gives very accurate clues to  the character, which can be so easily disguised in an interview and a resume.

Regards

Ayesha

Dear Ayesha,

I have heard of Graphology and have been quiet impressed with it. However,  never got any opportunity to check out its validity.

I, indeed, with quiet interest, read your message and found it  useful also.

One fundamental question comes to my mind about the Graphology...and it  is...We can predict about the person's traits with handwritting but can we  change the traits, if we change the handwritting? Changing Handwrittings not  a very complex process, and I believe that it can be changed.

It was nice to know that you take such a keen interest in graphology.. and regarding your query..yes it is possible to change personality traits through handwriting.

We can acheive it through "Grapho-therapy" which means change your writing, change your life. We can correct our worst faults and strengthen our character by simply changing the way we write! Graphotherapy combines the principles of Neurology and the psychology of Handwriting Analysis to create a powerful and effective method for changing our lives.

Since handwriting comes from the subconscious mind, it provides the most direct route back to the subconscious. When we practice grapho therapy, we voluntarily undertake changing a stroke in our handwriting through repetitive exercise and send a powerful suggestion to the sunconscious affecting the corresponding character. If we persist, the order is always obeyed, thus the most remarkable results occur!

I hope I was able to give you the information you desired. Please feel free to contact for further information.

Even I have learnt 2 degrees of Graphlogy or you can say it Handwriting analysis / brain writing analysis. With the help of handwriting you actually come to know the mindset of a person. And of course the characteristics of a person. As in our Brain, maximum space is occupied by the little thumb. This is the reason why we wish all the best by raising our thumb. The traditional chanting system is also to activate/exercise your brain to work properly.

When we predict about the person's traits with handwritting and if a person changes his some of the negative traits his handwriting gets changed accordingly.By changing your handwritting you can not change your traits.

If it interests you I will definitely come back with more information on this.

With Great Regards,

Bindu

Handwriting improvement works on the basis of broken window concept . This concept I am elaborating below .

The Broken Window Concept says that the tiniest part of the personality matters the most . Or in other words , the God is in the details .

This concept has come up from the neighborhoods of Chicago . In a house , a small broken window that does not get mended in considerable time , represents the apathy of the persons concerned towards the broken window or the absence of persons who care . This works as signal for petty thieves to take away things , for birds to make their nests , for pests to enter and so on and so forth and in some time the whole structure is nonexistent .

The corollary is that , if you just keep on mending the broken window , the other things will automatically take care of themselves . In the 1970 the Chicago underground trains were a great target for miscreants and were considered by and large to be unsafe for the lay public after certain day hours . Mugging , chain snatching , petty thievery , gangsterism , drug trafficking galore once the night set in . The trains were smeared inside out with obscene graffiti .

The Chief of the railways wanted to get it all straight . Do you know what they started with ? The graffiti . They had only one objective , come what may , a train having graffiti will not leave the main terminal . They had gangs of inspectors to spot graffiti and cleaned it all up before the train would leave the main terminal . Some miscreants would come at night to write graffiti when the train is in the yards . Early morning inspectors would clean up the graffiti . No graffiti would see the light of the day . Slowly the things started improving . People began to take notice . Apathy went away . People began to object to miscreants writing graffiti in trains . Others took active interest in keeping the trains and train stations and the urinals clean . In six years time , the whole underground underwent complete transformation. That is the power of broken window .

Our personality reflects in everything and anything that we do and not do , the clothes we wear and the clothes we do not wear , the transportation we prefer , the place in the room where we sit , the body language we use , the type of deodorant we use and so on and so forth . Thus changing any of it we do deliberately , it will have effect on other aspects too. So also with handwriting improvement.
