Could anybody explain the concept of ego gram tools ?

Ego gram is a transactional analysis method to find out the various - and dominating - ego state of a person. it ranges from:

- Parent - nurturing or control
- Adult - photographic or combining
- Child - rebel or pleasing or sulk

the most complete personality would have a high level of adult, and equal or slightly lower level of OK child. here you'll have to know the concept of "I'm OK - You are OK". of course this is just a miniscule answer to a much larger question. hope this helps..
