Hello friends,

Why is it so difficult to get in the HR Field, inspite of securing the first position at the university level and also in different management courses??Experience is important agreed, but until and unless fresher`s are given a chance how can they prove their
capabilities. One is all set to conquer the world with the knowledge he has gained during his academics but finally without the right kind of exposure...all this entusiasm comes to end......so what should one do??guidelines plz!!

Regards

Jitesh

Well the main difference between HR and other Stream is the flow of JOB .

If you see any organization there are more no of people in Marketing, System or in Sales but to manage those people they needed one or two people in HR , and its self HR is a very vital position in any organization it deals with Human and it need perfection we can manage machine but to handle human brain it need some experience and knowledge.

I’ll take this opportunity to address all the new comers who will graduating in coming years please take serious your summer training and make a good impact there if you work hard and prove yourself there are maximum chances to get inside that organization.

I do agree with you that after doing MBA from good Institute its is difficult to get in core HR but you can try in Recruitment and there are many opening are coming. You try in recruitment consultancy and then work there learn new thing and then you try in big organization that will empower you knowledge and experience also.

I will quote one line here Practice makes prefect.

I hope this will help you

Cheers and all the best for your bright career

Hi friends I agree to your views to a little extent. A career in HR field is always going to be challenging & strenous. The way I see it is how much work ever you churn out you are not going to be recognized. The other important thing to be noted here is the work will be very hectic and so u will always be busy and have no free time. Also I would like to clear the misconception regarding getting a career in HR especially for freshers. I dont feel its that difficult to get a HR job, but as I have said earlier it takes u lot of time to prove yourself and make ur mark because its one field where ur efforts are never recognized or appreciated!!!!!
