Dear Colleagues,

The company that I work for has a compelling need  for conducting Training  programs or publishing a Training Calendar for one of their divisions (BPO/ITeS)

Kindly provide your inputs.

1 What are the checklists/points we need to keep in  mind before publishing a
Training Calendar?

2. Somebody/Anybody could share the TNA-Training  Need Analysis Policy followed in your company.

Thanks
Senthil

Any organisation requires a structured approach to formulate a TNA and subsequently a Training calender which should be a reflection of the TNA.

Usually Organisations have a parameter called Emoployee Development forming a part of their arrraisal- the sheet requires both the employee to fill in his requirements to enable him to perform better as well as the superior to recommend programme for the subordinates developmental path. This parameter should have Technical training and
Nontechnical training subsets. This forms a basis for the training team to draw up a calender. Hope this meets your requirements.
