You are on the right track. I can suggest to few more sources of hiring as:
1. Print Media i.e. Newspaper adv when you have any req. in bulk or for good no of position, as brand building exercise also & as per the budget. 2. Walk-ins Interview or Open House: Broadcast your req and conduct walk-ins. One can also do outstation walk-ins if you find many suitable candidates at some particular location/ region. 3. Professional Institutes: It is campus placement predominantly to hire freshers. Also from institutes which provides professional trainings or courses such as in IT, Testing, SAP etc. can hunt relevant institutes & ask for exp. candidates placement. I recruited many Software testers like this. 4. Company's website: We can also post req. at our company's website at the career section. 5. Virtual Job fair: It is very in these days. Such virtual job fairs are announced through media such as newspaper, radio FM, TV channels etc. and active jobseekers browse the site and relevant link & apply directly. 6.Candidate's Reference: Ask your selected candidate to refer another potential candidate for the req. Offer them some referral incentive. I also tried this specially for critical req. and it worked fantastic.
