Hello,

I would like to introduce Vertical/Group Induction that the group head gives to all new joinees in his group.

Also would like to introduce Buudy concept in my organizaion.

I need to convince this to my group managers on the importance of group presentation and Buddy concept after the HR induction for all new joiners.

If some one has any points on this, it will help me to convince this to my group heads.
