Hi HR Professionals,

I am in need of your help.

Can you share with me your company HR Metrics: How you develop and distribute HR Metrics and analytics? What methods your company applies to quantify all HR related activities in numeric terms. How do you drive this project and have a clear cut task and metric for each and every task of HR and measure its performance.
