Dear Colleagues,

Job Description (JD) is a buzz word of management parlance these Days.

My question is - Does JD adequately/comprehensively define the role of a person in a Department or an Organization ?

I am very curious and keen to learn more on this subject. I request all of you to kindly enlighten me wth your views.

Regards

Rehaan
