Our organization has a set of 6 values, which we all follow in our day-to-day transactions….basic values, such as Integrity, Trust, Communication, Excellence, Innovation and Fun.

We intend to conduct some in-house activity on Values, essentially to lay emphasis on ethics and values….for which the HR dept. did some thinking and has come up with a few ideas. Have listed down the ideas…it would be great if group members too could guide us in this direction.

- Short stories on Values on intranet or in-house magazine
- One value poster on Intranet every week
- Screen saver has values listed
- Values listed on access cards
- Posters on values on office walls
- Value quotes after official signature

If you could suggest some games, etc., it would be of great help.

I liked the first idea on putting short stories on values on intranet and in-house magazine....and the best way to have the stories will be within the organisation....you can ask senior managers to tell about the incidents where they have observed their subordiante showing any of the corporate values while working....

This will not only encourage the person but also will be learning for others.
