Dear Friends,

I guess we are very good at passing the Buck.. We have created an entire occupation our of this trait of ours...

1. If we don't get thru an interview - HR person is to blame

2. If we don't get promoted - The boss is at fault

3. If the proposal did not get approval - They don't value people here.. !

Well the list can go on and on..

Now some silver lining, please read this book on Question behind the Question (www.qbq.com for details) and let's all ask the right questions when faced with the situations like the one's above...

And let's move to create more QBQ's...

Dear ekta,

The QBQ concept is similar to habit 1 from Steven Coveys '7 Habits' i.e. : Be Proactive. Being proactive is being responsible for for your actions & taking charge of your life. It also means dealing with situations/life by working on your area of influence instead of crying over your area of concern.
