Dear All,

We are into ITES and we are having our appraisals round the corner. We are planning to refit the salary altogether. It would be of great help if you can share your knowledge on the current scenario on salary structure both in terms of high Basic and low Variable or High Variable and Low Basic pay. It would be nice if I can get salary structure from Executive Level to Group Manager / Team Leader.

Regards

craig
