Hi All,

We are a technology company with about 83 people on board.

We had hired a Project Leader, who joined us on board on Mar 5th, 2008. Yesterday was his last day here. He had 3 people reporting to him. The team obviously has issues with morale and motivation.

I am looking to have a one on one with each of them to understand their concerns and if possible address them. In such a situation, what are the kind of questions that one addresses? I am specially skeptical about not disclosing details of the exit interview that I'd conducted yesterday. How does one deal with questions which are asked regarding this?

Thanks much for your input on this.
