Hello professionals,

What is that you feel HR managers should include in the Behavioural Training Model? Is there a gap in the Training expected and Give?

Can there be anyway where we can find out the effectiveness of Behavioural Training ?

Hello Aryan, Being a trainer, I believe one can start with need analysis.Though behavioural training includes number of modules or skill comman to all like communication, time management etc but the behavioural training model always depends on following things: 1) nature of work( are employees directly coming in contact with customers? if yes then should be given customer focus training, stress management training, negotiation skill) 2) for all the leaders we can run training on leadership make sure it should be people specific, we can understand employees with the help of questionaire of psychometric tests. thanks!

HI,

You should start exploring various behavioral and psychometric tools which help in Training Model.

DISC, 16PF are effective tools which i have used extensively which help us evaluate the participants behavior, thier trainability, job fitment, performance on the Job, etc.

To use the right tool, we need to define the intent of behavioral training and outcome expected.

Understand the behaviour of the employee by the group and the employee itself there is a model called FIRO B. In this model the employee can assess themselves and also identify his/her SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats).
