Apart from the usual Basic, HRA, CA, Education, etc., you can have the also have the following heads under monthly salary
a) Telephone reimbursement b) Book, Periodicals, Magazines c) Car allowance d) Club membership reimbursements e) Mobile Expenses reimbursements f) Medical bill reimbursments
Under per annum package:
a) Soft furnishings b) Perks / incentives, etc. c) U can also add Purchase of Car in the package
