but at the same time its not very easy to handle this diversity as diversity bring complexity along with it....When we have people from different background, culture and educationetc. their choice prefernces, mind set also is so different from one another that it simply becomes to difficult to keep them happy and satisfied. Thus a manager need to come upwith more innovative practices matching the requirements and expectations of this diverse workforce...Today managers are given special training on diversity and multi-cultural relationships...because we all know diversity brings prosperity too...and we are living in a country where its been our tradition to mingle with diferrent cultures. and still we are one...followers of the concept "unity in diversity"
