Dear members

I wanted some reference on the authenticity and relevance of Diploma course in Training and Development, offered by Indian Society of Training and Development (ISTD) Delhi, specially for working HR professionals.

Would also be keen to know, if there are any other useful courses that can be taken up in field of HR and that be managed along with a job.

Dear rajesh,

The ISTD Course is a good foundation course for HR Professionals who wish to specialise in Training & Development .Over the years many HR Professionals have acquired this extra qualification which is of great relevance .It is seen in Industry as a meaningful addon qualification for HR People...

Other good add on courses are available at T V RAO Learning systems & Academy of HRD.

I think apart from the degree, the course helps you to revisit training in a much more deeper and vast span, contrary to what one must have studied in his/her masters. A must for all people wanting to specialise in training.
