I'm looking forward to some ideas and help on creating a participative-discovery module around Leadership. I'm looking at the Participants using the human body and its functions as analogy to discovering what Leadership is all about.
Eg. Circulatory System/ Heart: To pump support/motivation (Oxygenated Blood) where it is needed and also to even the remotest parts of the organisation(body) . And How impairment of this function results in problems affecting the entire body.
Similar analogies can be drawn from Organs/Senses/Limbs/Nervous System etc....
Would appreciate and look forward to some examples or help from the group. Will share the collation with the contributors.
