Hello!

I was wondering if anybody is/was involved in a company  that has an active ethics program. And can share with  me the processes, requirements etc of such a program.

I know it's compulsory for public limited companies in  the US and in Canada...
The Federal Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations specify that a specific, high-level individual should  be responsible for ethical behaviour.

I am not too sure about how this works in the UK and in  India.

Eg. How many ethics officers per 100 employees? How is  an ethics audit done typically? How often? Etc.

Thank you so much.

In all the govt departments, there r ethics committees contituted of certain members who look into behaviour , audit and lack of governance issues n submit reports to the govt n publish the same as n when reqd.

in many bpo's n organizations, HR dpt have behavioural specialists who look into such issues.
