Dear All,

I am working as an Jr.HR and Admin Executive in a bpo, however I am worried about my future there, there are a few reason for this:

1. The operation guy tells me if he sanctions leave, I have to mark leave as per him paid or non-paid, plus if he sanctions it I cannot ask even my boss in the HR dept.

2. If I do as he ask I get a firing if I do not I seem to get a firing, I am really fed up.

I am hence planning on resigning from this organization the problem I am facing are:

1. I am not from a premium B school
2. This is my second job have worked for only a year

Should I stick to this job and then quit after finding a new job or should I quit now think about finding a job later. As for speaking to the GM of my company the operation guy is his right hand man so its going to have no effect what should I do please advise..

Regards

Mark

Hi Mark,

Seems u r a victim of internal politics.

anyways, as per your talk it seems, its getting difficult for u to work there, but in my opinion, do try fetching a job before u quit the current one. As it is, one has to struggle in professional enviornment. All i cud say is u should not opt to remain unemployed, start applying, float ur CV in the market and once some offer in hand, u can quit the cirrent one with due notice period.

Cheers

aladin

Even i had faced the same situation the only difference being that i was heading the HR Dept......My advise is that as aladin said you put your CV in the jobsites but give it one last try......first ensure that you become permanent then you can show your true colours......but first you be in good terms with your HR Dept first and then tell the Team leaders that the decision should be arrived at consensus or tell that person that why dont you sit in my place....or tell him that if you tqake hi request then you will have to consider everyone.

If nothing works then Quit
