Dear All

I have a query regarding the future of International HR in India.

If someone is working on International HR( that is handling all HR issues, payroll, employee grievances etc. for employees based in outside countries like US, Canada and/or UK) sitting here in India, Is there any future in it ... What can be his or her career growth path. In which all companies can we find the opportunities in International HR.
