Dear Pooja, If you are in HR deptt. and want to carried out survey of internal Customer Satisfaction then you can frame one format byfercating the main activities and parameter related to employee,and HR Deptt. i.e. in ours we take feedback of internal customer on following parameters 1. Welfare measures- you can further byfurcate it into canteen,rest room facilities, Travelling, etc. 2. Medical Facilities 3. Employee relations 4. Training 5. Communication 6. Grievance Handling also you can indicate the rating in 5 point scale, that is also depends how you want to be rated by others, and effectiveness canbe measured in terms of percentage, we used to prepare summary for each diffrent section ( internal department) for. e.g. Month >>>> Name of Section & % rating avg. of month I think that will make u clear to understand how we are taking feedback of our internal customre, similarly other departments also framed their own formats and taking feedback every month.
