Hi all,

We are in a process of working out a Loyalty appreciation scheme for the employees as a retention tool. The objective of the scheme is to retain employees, motivate them to work for the company for long number of years and also reward them with lumpsum amounts for completion of say 5, 10 ….years of working with the company. The lumpsum amount will be paid to the employees on retirement or when an employee quits the company.

Does any one have a scheme similar to this or any other scheme and request sharing the information.

Hi Paul,

We are a small company of 200 employees. We give a sodexho gift voucher worth Rs.750 to every employee on his/her completion of an year with the organization. Once the employee completes 5 years, the voucher amount is Rs.5000.

Though it is not formally termed as a 'loyalty appreciation', it is surely a retention tool.
