Dear Group Members,

Need your kind assistance in setting up a 5S committee in my Company.

Please share with me the following information :

1 What are the roles and functions of the 5S committees?

2 How to appoint or select the 5S committees?

3 How to market this project to the employees in order to gain their supports?

4 What items should be included in the 5S checklists?

5 Where can I find the website on 5S?

6 Anyone has 5S cartoons to share with me?

In regards to item number 3, I have never had to 'market' anything to the employees. Sure, sometimes there is something that might cause some pain, but if you have developed trust and respect, you don't have to 'market' anything.
