Dear all,

Is there a system being followed in any of your organizations (present or past) which had Employee retention as part of the parameters for the appraisal of managers.

Given the findings of various surveys - in particular Gallup - managers are mostly the prime reason why employees look for new jobs.

I would appreciate if this discussion doesn't head into reasons of attrition. There have been ample discussion threads on this topic.

Looking forward to your responses.

Regards

krish
