We are in the process of reviewing our current content for MDP and would love to have inputs from all of you. Please find below the current content and methodology adopted by us for the same.

The target group consists of Software professionals with experience ranging from 1 to 6yrs, in the Junior Management Grades. Typically the Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer and the Consultant/module lead kind of roles.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

-Tips to avoid distortion in communication
-Understanding the stated & unstated desires of customers, team members
-Proactive communication styles
-General human relations skills, helpful in client/team interfaces
