Annual Meet - Help Required

Dear All,

I am having an Annual meet in my organization wherein all the branches and head office meet once in a year and discuss all the business, personal and HR related issues. Being in HR i have to represent my deptt and give a 10 min presentation.

I anybody have some suggestion or material for the same, please let me know at the earliest.
