Hi everybody,

Please suggest me your opinion about the various Job portals available in the market.

I am looking out for a 03 months pack in Naukri or Jobsahead. Please suggest me which among these is good enough in searching C profiles and Telecom profiles.

Also would like to know the level of respones for Job postiings done on both the portals.

Kindly mail me at the earliest.

Thanks in advance.

Hi nayanika ,

From my experience , I think the ratings are never an indicator of how good or bad a Recruitment Portal is for all, but can only be decided for any Single Industry or a Company solely,

Also Just to share when I looked at all these sites, which is almost an year back , things were different,

Today, in each day the ratings for these sites can change as the basic Business Model itself is based on lots of factors, ie relationships, pricing, cost benefit etc.

Also some of these sites ie Monster etc. don't even give respect to Mfg. Industries needs and prioritize IT or Telecom Jobs as the benefits or pricing can be done higher than the Mfg. COunter parts ,

Also there is a recent example of a Major US Based Job Site closing down purely because it was recommending males for a job which was in an Equal Opportunity Employer Organization , when the same got exposed , it met with a litigation and had to close down because of protest of Women NGOs over there .

Its so un-predictable and I think too early to say whether Job Sites or any Particular Job Site will stay on or not.
