Hi all

The more and more I look at the current HR scene the more and more I feel that HRD is a misnomer to the work it does and responsibility it has. Do you agree that it is time to change the name to reflect its work better ? if so what would the new paradigm be called ?

Hi,

How about callin HR as the Base or Foundation of the organisation,as it manages the people from all the departments,be it marketing/finance/production, etc.so if the base is strong the company will survive, grow & prosper.
