being a budding hr professional i have a question.i am not from a premiere institute & just completed my management a year back.i was with an indian mnc (turnover 550cores) for 6 months after which i have joint a small jewellery manufacturing company(5o cores).the challenge lies in starting up a hr system and processes.
the dilemma comes after getting a job offer now again from from a corporate and bigindustrial group.what is essential for a new comer? a direction and opportunity to grow in a big organization or a challenge to start up things on his own and learn?
