Hi All,

Can anyone help me in some new ideas on Employee Retentions apart from the primitive methods.

Any new techniques are welcomed.

Many Thanks!

Retention is a long sought after goal by HR professionals. Often play it wrong by focusing on "money" only as a way of retention. This is the worst thing to do. Sure money can work as an incentive, but using it as the only means for retention is the wrong way to go. Check the following link for some tips on retention of IT professionals, most of which are not related to providing more money: http://www.jgloves.com/recruit/retention.htm
