Dear Friends,
I am presenting programme to CEO's on Spirituality in Management using the techniques based on the subtle knowledge of Tantra. It is called Kashmir Shaivism.
My presentation will focus on:
a) Benchmarking org values to business excellence.
b) Create great inner strength for harmony within you and outward contribution to business prosperity.
I seek your views and understanding of business ethics. Kindly comment on the present role and scope of this ideal in present day business and social environment.
Regards,
Craig |

| Hi, Craig.
This may come very late now because I noticed that your message was posted in 2008. You must have found the answer already to your posted question. But just the same, I am posting this with the hope that you will chance upon it & be able to get some insights.
First of all, I do not practice any Eastern religion but rather am a Catholic. Spitiruality in Management has no hard & fast rules, but rather requires a deep faith that those "managing" are mere instruments to bring peace & order & leadership in society. As we say in our teachings, "many are called but few are chosen".
When one practices the virtues of his faith, whatever religion he is in to, he brings spirituality into his work, because to be a "manager" is a gift (not all are chosen, you know). And virtues, I've learned , may be presented in different methods, said in different words, practiced in different ways, but the universal language of love, care, & concern for the welfare of those we "manage" is the same for all.
So whatever faith you may be holding, whatever teachings your faith has taught you, bring it to your workplace & spread the good news of it that others may see it's beauty & truth in it through you.
Good luck, Craig. |
