Dear Friends,
We are undergoing a restructuring process and are in the midst of VRS and all. I would solicit help from my fellow professionals with ref to VRS rules and procedures.
1. I am looking out for any decided case laws or articles especially with relating to the acceptance, relieving and if the person is relieved on at a later on date and so forth.
2. How about retaining the VRS employee as a consultant for some specific period / duration?
