How can a Recruitment agency/Consultant add value to the process of Recruitment?
Recruitment Agencies can do more than just screening a CV as per Specs and helping in Scheduling Interviews etc.

What are other things which the Recruitment agency can do and which would actually ease the process of Recruitment?
