Many companies do insist and execute a BOND / AGREEMENT with the trainee but the end result, in most of the cases, stand to be disappointing. They show scant respect to the management, besides showing evasive approach by frequently absenting etc. The prime reason being their lookout for greener pausters. In my view, no readymade solution is available to overcome this problem, which most of the companies do face, after incurring substantial money towards training. You may try and best of luck. Pl do not forget, there are instances, wherein the trainees have steppedinto legal recourse as well.
