Dear HR Colleagues,

Our organisation is interested in conducting reference check & background checks on prospective applicants. Could someone please suggest a good agency that you have been using that can help us in doing this.

Also if you could suggest some good trainer for conducting interview skills program for our line managers.

Dear Neha

 

You need to do more comprehensive check up of any employee joining your institute.

Any verification should have

o Dates of employment
o Position held
o Ending pay
o General information concerning performance and
o Reason for departure

As this info would be more helpful to you, your format is good for Antecedent verification
