Could someone plz help me in designing a mixed model for PMS for a marketing and sales force......

i have no idea as to how to go abt it.............

Can you be a bit clear please?

What do you mean by "mixed model" ?

Creating a PMS for Mktg and sales function is not that troublesome.

This is beacuse the KRAs and KPIs are very clear in quantitative terms

The most common competencies would be :-

Customer orientation
Achivement oreintation
Market knowledge
Product/domain knowledge
Listening skills
Preserverance
Communication skills
Relationship Management
Presentation skills
etc

Have a monthly/QoQ model where you have targets projected against Actal achieved with clear targets on :-

New customer acquistion
Retention of existing customers
Revenue
Revenue from Existing customers
Revenue from New customers
Market share growth
Profitability
Product wise distribution
Geographcal wise growth
Market promotions hold
etc

I guess this will give a a broad outline to beign your exercise.
