It will be helpful to get a response from you on the following

1. About Training
a.Drive Training initiatives so that the response in serious.
b. Specifically deal with absence from training without prior information

2. About Organization discipline.
a. Members showing up late for meetings
b. Not following organization timings and dress code
c. Not responsing to e-mails / calendars when asked for inputs.
