Hi All

This is Davender here.I have experience in consulting firm. I have joined a new company, which is into manufacturing. They dont have any HR dept as such. I have been asked to frame the HR policies for the company. Kindly help me out in this regard. I would be greatful if anybody can provide inputs on this and also mail me few formats of different policies so that I will have an idea to how do I go ahead to frame new HR policies for my company.
