Could u please send me the detials about what is productivity and how to measure it?

Dear ruchika, 

Productivity will be calculated after reducing the 15% of total strength of manpower x number of days & then divide it by total production per month .If your production is 50000 tons in Jan -06 & your total manpower is 1000 the calculation is here i.e 50000/( 1000-150)*31 = 1.89 ton productivity.
