I have some following scrupling about this...
1) Regards to Compensation - Most of the employees (up to middle level Management) take it as a opportunity to convey their demand to Top Management & even the compensation is good - the member's feedback is not so positive - I take this as human nature 2) If the survey is conducted on Email or some other Software related systems - Employees may or may not give genuine feedback It is better to take on hard copy -
3) How to convince Employees that Action Will be taken on this Survey base - Please do not misunderstood this - I mean even some time feedback is very correct - however, we in HR know the constraints to implement this - It can be anything - internal / external
4) Do we conduct this Survey on periodic basis - at least once in Two/ Three years & also make these Survey results public immediately along with the Action Plan - to retain the employee's TRUST in this process.
5) If the Organization is big - say employing more than 1000 members - having three/ four factories then what is better a) to conduct the Survey separately in different Factories b) to conduct the Survey across all Organization
6) Should Workers be considered in this process ? - Penetrating the constraints like Language, intellectual, their Mindset etc..
