We wanted to know for Middle Management what are the policies for Travel Allowance .

I wish to find out if it is a common practice that the Company reimburse the employees when they travel locally for business. Is it usually in the form of a fixed monthly transport allowance paid through payroll, or employees are required to complete a claim
reimbursement with receipts to support the expenses?

If an allowance is an option, what is the range that is offered to these employees on a monthly basis.

Does the Company pays for car parking for employees who drives to work, if he is already given a transport allowance?

We just wanted to find out the market practice in India to ensure that we are competitive.
