Any one can share any inputs on this? Even if you could direct me to some content on this site, it would be very helpful.

I am not looking at generic stuff on BSC. I am specifically looking at a BSC on retention.

Lets get the basics right here. Scorecard is used to manage the implementation of your strategy (even HR strategy) and as an enterprise performance management system.

If retention is an important concern / pain-point in your organisation, it needs to be included as a THEME in your organisation's business strategy (in the L&G perpsective) and/or it needs to be a very important part of your organisation's HR strategy and HR scorecard.

You cannot have a retention scorecard or a training scorecard or a succession planning scorecard, etc. All these are themes in your scorecard around which you develop strategic objectives and identify action plans to meet them.
