Hello HR Fraternity

We are a Software development company based in Noida. We are in the process of defining our leave policy and it has been asked by the management if we can eliminate casual or sick leave. Are there any legal issues involved? We have 15 Pls , 12 Cls and Sls and 10 Govt holidays + 1 special leave .
