I need a help from all u, if possible, Gallop a U.S.A. co. has published a study on request of Azim Premji. The study says that, PEOPLE LEAVE THEIR BOSSES, NOT ORGANIZATIONS. THE study is also published in a book captioned, First Break All the Rules.

We want as H.R. department to prepare a questionerry covering the fallowing aspects of Managers & above Trust, Attitude, Respect,Fairness The immediate subordinate will be evaluating the Mgrs & above on these aspects. I need your help ; Any material on the Gallop study Extracts of the book First Break All the Rules If u could lay ur hand on the questioner covering the mentioned aspects See if u could do something about it but fast.
