Training starts from TNI. We do TNI as per the deficiencies we see at the workplace or within the organization. TNI is done at three different levels i.e.
Organizational Level Group Level Individual Level
The TNI is the key. You have to draft the desired levels of performance at workplace & map the employees against it before going through the training & than after/within 60 days of training.
You can see the changing scores of individual in terms of % on the required parameters.
