Dear proffesionals,

Pls let me kno when ever any employee rated himself in appraisel form and then its handing over to Hr dept wat action should be taken by a HR????????.how we know that the employee has filled the form honestly?????????.How we can cross check to the employess on basis of his self rating??????? wat we should consider that rating ??wat we can club this rating with appraisers rating and reviewers rating during process of calculation .
