in terms of our career, though the opportunities at the company are reduced, there are new opportunities generating at the outsourcing firms..

and when we talk about benefits to company HR outsourcing has given companies opportunity to tackle strategic level issues,,,

Hi, I feel HR outsourcing is beneficial for everybody, the organization, employees' career. For companies its helpful in saving costs, time and energy as the routine tasks can be outsourced to an outside energy. From the employees' point of view I feel though it may decrease the growth opportunities in the org, it will surely create abundant opportunities in the outsourcing firms.

Well, outsourcing is the best available option for the organizations suffering from downturn like situations and for normal working organizations also it is a very good option as it saves a lot of time, money and energy of the organization.
Deployment of 4C framework best fits to the organizations suffering from the downturn situation. 4'Cs are Cost, Capability, Competitiveness & Change.
From employees' point of view there are less opportunity as compared to the outsourcing firm.
