Dear all,
It is a typical observation that many a times a resumes is found suitable and the person is called for interview, but it turns out that he or she does meet the requisite profile ..... in a sense the resume was misleading .
Similarly at times, we fail to judge the appropriate candidate ..... functionally he / she has all the requisites, but once s/he starts working with us, we realize there is cultural mismatch.
So , have any of you conducted / attended a workshop to improve Interviewing Skills & screening Resumes capabilities ........ can you share contact details of the faculty ? course contents ?
